so, i wanna buy a games pack on steam (pack that includes multiple games like orange box)
but i already own 1 of those games what will happen to that 1 game?
will it be converted to a gift key? or something else?

Yes that 1 game you'll be able to gift. (If I remember correctly, and I think I do)

I think if you buy the orange box and you already have some of the games you can then gift them, i am not sure about other games though
