Just make a report on the Steam website.
SO then they will give you your account back!

As already stated report it to Steam it's happened to me before and I got my account back a couple days later. Unless you just want a hacking program to hack someone else but you'll get caught.

You can't HACK your own account dummy.
use support.steampowered.com and make a ticket.

Your never going to get your account back. My account got hacked to and i emailed valve and they didnt do shit. Oh and by the way all the hack programs are viruses exept for some
