Need help with networking. Splitting bandwith

Hi, guys If some of you are good w/networking, can you plesae advise me? So I have a 20 Mbit connection but I wanna find a way to split this bandwith among different applications (or ports). Will my router be able to this or a third party software.

If you are interested, I want to split it because I host a server and I dont want the players to start to lag when someone starts downloading maps. I also want to run some torrents

Theres something called QoS, Quality of Service, on some routers. You could limit the amount going to each port on your router, but I searched all over the internet, and I couldn't find anything that would "Split Bandwidth" Among computers, there is probably something out there, but I can't find it.
