#1 - We do not provide refunds. This is clear in our AUP that you agreed too
when you signed up. It was up to you to cancel your subscription and have your
sites moved before the renewal.
...no problem... its forgivable.
**BUT**
#2 - Your threat "If I don't get a refund I will open a dispute." was
not taken lightly. A refund was issued and your accounts, terminated.
BTW: Telling paypal that we tried to access your account without your
authorization was a big mistake, especially since it was untrue. It was an act
which could jeopardize our business. We have forwarded the details of your
false claim AND your threat on to paypal's security team, and we'll let them
handle your account.[/b]
