smart steam questions

so i began using smart steam and clicked and downloaded audiosurf thought i had all games for free game...i was wondering will valve be able 2 detect i stole there game?(im asking this cause i downloaded it here and its just the demo version and i also can't get beat hazard 2 work before i got smart steam it would carry me 2 the store 2 buy it once i click on but now with smart steam i can install it
