The latest version of the "sourcesdk.gcf" (and only sourcesdk.gcf).

HEY, YOU SHOULD READ THIS FIRST.

3) If you don't know how to apply a patch, just download the full file. (I would invest some time in the prior action, though.)
4) If you have a different version, post an archive and I'll make a patch for you.
5) Don't bump this topic if the latest version isn't 35.

That's the one I used, it's version 34. (It would be a tidbit more helpful if people gave versions as apposed to just saying "latest" or giving a date.)
