TF2, Get all updates.

Okay, I got TF2 from a torrent site and patched it upto 1.0.5.6 BUT I cant get any of the new weapons, that randomly fall. So is there any possible way to get the genuine/cracked updates that will give me all the weapons such as the back burner cloak and dagger. I searched a little bit, and someone said something about CTools or something like that? How can I use this tool and where can I download it from, thanks!

Search the forums for CFToolbox, Then you can use that to verify your game content, if it is out of date right click on the file and make an archive so we can send you the updates.
