Aaron Stebner: Many folks noticed the recent post on the Windows Phone Developer Blog that announced a September 16, 2010 release date for the Windows Phone Developer Tools. XNA Game Studio users have noted that CTP and beta versions of WPDT have included pre-release builds of XNA Game Studio 4.0, and they have asked whether that implies that XNA Game Studio 4.0 is shipping then as well.
