Unable to load Authentication library. Exiting... problem

there was a fix for this, but since one of the steam updates the steam updates they have change the -appid to -gameid and it has like a 10 digit number. Do you know if there is a way to fix this in steam or SteamBuster?

I really wanna play garrys mod and other multiplayer mods with my friends.

no it doesnt i found the solution:

"Unable to load authentication library, Exiting... Fixing.

Change in the "gameinfo.txt" the "SteamAppID" from "215"
to "220".

Install the "Source Dedicated Server" now go in the dir
"Steam/SteamApps/<Username>/source dedicated server/bin"
copy the file "Steamclient.dll" and paste it in the
"Steam/SteamApps/<Username>/Half-Life 2/bin".

I test it and it work now "authentication"...

Now all i need is that file from that folder, that file from anyother game/app wont work, i tried it. if you could upload that file that would be great.
