Robert McLaws: It appears that the Microsoft Surface train is ready to leave the station. Besides posting new “Marketing Guidelines” to the Microsoft Download Center, the Redmond behemoth has also posted the “Microsoft Surface Order Form”, and it appears that there are no limitations on who can buy one. So for a measly $12,500, you can own a multi-touch computer in a coffee table. Or, you can just wait for Windows 7.
