Zombie Master 1.2.1

Hello, I don't know why my Zombie Master don't want to install on Steam, it say that "Steam servers are too busy to handle your request" (I am using cracked version on Steam) I can download all Valve games, but I just can't download Zombie Master.
Is there any GCF file for ZM? or I have to download some game to be able to download ZM on Steam?
