Extracting SID

Hi,

I was wondering whether you could extract/install the .sid files that come with a normal steam game, I have the cd but don't have a key. I heard SIMPACK might be useful but can't seem to find it anywhere. I've also tried installing with SteamUp but it still asks for a key. Any ideas? Thanks
