Garry's Mod Problem

Hello,
I know there are a lot of threads like this but...
I have a problem with Gmod. I downloaded it as usual from Steam, but when i try to run it, it loads and then kicks me out of the game saying: "You don't own Garry's Mod 10!"

I use the Undead Patch. Please help me, i really, really wanna play Gmod Multiplayer

Hey, i got the same problem but i'm searching EVERYWHERE to a solution.
