How to clone games into different steam accounts..

Hey guys is there a way to clone steam games to another account?


Like i want half life 2 and its on someone elses account and i want it on my account because
i've heard it hella fun


i've tried copying files to my steamapps folder and that but nothing worked.

so

can anyone help me?

You can't play the games unless the account has them.
