Need help installing undead patch

Well I've done all the youtube walkthroughs and i still can't figure it out. I have version 3.33 and am stuck there I dont know where to put it?!?

put it in steam folder and run it and push y when it says prevent steam from over wrighting files

I did that and it said everthing press y for blah blah blah and pres y for blah blah blah and it said thanx 4 using and i restarted steam and it was still the same

do you have adminstatave rights? on your pc try runnign as admin if your on vista

i Tried but it still wont work! Did i put the patch in the wrong folder?

put where steam.exe is
