I would like to know if appear some program for getting Steam activation code for CS:S
I mean I would like just to add friends to friend list.

There is no keygen for CSS that will work within a reasonable time.

There are other game keygens that work though.

the ATI/Nvidia offer can still be used but you will only get:
Half-Life 2: Deatmatch
+
Half-Life 2 Lost Coast

and there isn't any kind of keygen online to use on steam

Regardless of which games you receive, you'll still be able to add friends because you have games in your blank account.
