Dled gcf's tried smd and undead cant seem to make it work exactly

So i downloaded the gcf for counter strike source installed patched it with smd and installed seti master server list. It didnt load for me and kept saying i didn't have permission to run cstrike. So i installed undead instead it loads fine however the servers are the vac/legit servers and wont let me play them obviously. So how do i get onto the seti servers?
